Production Manager

We are looking for a Original Production Manager to join our Turner´s Kids team.

With focus in Argentina and the SoutherCone, this position will be responsible for hunting, curanting and lead all original production efforts for Turner´s Kids Brand in all our platforms. You must also manage all Original Production projects, supervising and working side by side with vendors hired for each specific project.
Main Responsabilities:

  • Responsible for handling all creative services payments via SAP for projects

  • Book crews and oversee production and post-production arrangements

  • Demonstrate proficiency in and working knowledge of relevant technical concepts and related production processes

  • Coordinate project legal requirements such as work and talent contracts, music licenses, font licenses, stock image/footage purchases, and editorial clearances, ensuring adherence to Network brand standards and legal practices

  • Assist Creative Services writer/producers on KEY projects by helping to gather media assets from clients, CNLAshare, ToonShare, etc. as well as help deliver final assets to clients and outside vendors. The key projects may include original content, new show launches, franchise refreshes, on-air stunts, image campaigns, and sales videos that have many video, audio & graphic elements that need to be gathered for edit sessions. This assistance helps the writer/producers streamline the production workflow and meet assignment deadlines and budgets

  • May personally oversee post-production sessions for writer/producers as needed

  • Search for new external production resources and services (i.e. crews, studios, post-production facilities, voice-over/on-camera talent, etc.)

  • Represent the Production Department in regularly scheduled department & creative group meetings, as well as other strategic meetings, as necessary
    Required experience and qualifications:

-Bachelor´s Degree in Advertising, Communication, film or TV, Production or related field.

-Minimum of 5 years experience of working in Advertising, Film or Tv production.

-Financial experience in production budgets and planning experience.

-Fluent written and verbal English. -Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

-Team player with strong customer service focus and positive attitude.

-Proactive with high level of initiative and strong sense of ownership and urgency.

-Able to understand insights and find opportunities to engage.
