Marketing Associate

Manage Rise’s organic social media presence, including our social sharing platform, Social Toaster
Write copy that communicates effectively for Rise social media, our website, blog posts, award submissions, email campaigns, internal weekly recap email, and more
Own award database and calendar that is functional for multiple stakeholders and easily answers questions about award history and future opportunities
Manage webinar platform by creating registration pages and setting up virtual event details
Own the planning, logistics, and execution of all Marketing events inclusive of calendar and budget
Help execute media strategies via content creation, audience building, data analysis, and more
Write and develop content including case studies, one-pagers, and other sales and marketing collateral
Audit content and SEO keywords to provide optimization recommendations
Execute CMS website updates, such as blog content, updates to featured awards, and other copy changes
Create design collateral as needed such as thumbnails, sell sheets, email and blog images, speaker headshots, logos, etc.
Learn and understand the Rise brand tone and voice
Develop new tools, repositories, processes, and reports as needed to drive efficiency in communication and content creation
Maintain database of competitive intelligence and directory profiles
Own upkeep of Digital Asset Management tool
Own a can-do attitude. Expect ad hoc supporting requests, and be comfortable pivoting within the workday to accommodate quick-turn tasks
Required Skills
1-2 years of digital marketing experience including media campaign management
Fully fluent in written and spoken English
Strong communication, writing, and storytelling skills; copywriting experience preferred
High competency level in Salesforce, Google Apps Suite (including Gmail, Google Docs, etc.), as well as Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Word, Excel
CMS experience is a plus
Adobe Creative Suite/Graphic Design Experience preferred
Deadline oriented and creative problem-solver
Strong organization, business fundamentals, and project management skills with the ability to coordinate projects quickly and effectively
Results- and detail-oriented with the ability to quickly adapt to new situations
