- Elaborate and conduct the Internal Corporate Communication plan and execution of strategic internal activities/campaign/events to assess key reputational needs and topics.
- Manage Bayer Media Platform Channel and assure cross divisional /function guidance knowledge and compliance.
- Editorial co-creation with the external communication partner to ensure permanent updating of the corporate narrative (Lead amplification to internal stakeholders)
- Responsible for developing strategic communications and contents needed to position Corporate and Business Narratives internally (employee/leaders) assuring deployment of impactful and clear messages on time & aligned with external efforts.
- Responsible for an internal effective corporate branding management in the region with consistency to global guidelines (develop assets needed and assure communication).
- Monitor evolution of the Cono Sur Internal Communications overall Satisfaction with measurements of effectiveness of internal tools and content amplification efforts.
- Dedicate time for relationships with internal and external stakeholders to accompany corporate strategy and market trends seeking greater innovation and digitalization in tools.
