Responsible for internal communications and employee engagement strategy (Deliver effective internal employee communications to ensure all colleagues are
fully informed about CenturyLink Latam´s strategy, objectives and progress)
Understands the enterprise/business/initiative goals to execute best-in-class internal communications messaging and strategies to support the business success.
Works within Latam MarCom structure and interfaces with all levels of regional management to provide strategic communications direction and lead multiple projects simultaneously, and also interacts with Global Internal Comms.
Promotes and ensures messaging alignment by drafting and/or editing internal communication messages for multiple channels – website, emails, intranet, blogs, etc.
This position has also responsibility for ensuring that CenturyLink Latin America is constantly represented in Social Medias (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc) being the main point of contact in the region for all announcements made through those vehicles/tools.
Substantial support to External Comms in matter of writing customer letters and editing product content for customer facing channels (web, ppts, etc).
In addition, the position is also responsible for interacting with the marketing teams in all countries to ensure that CSR activities are aligned with regional guidelines and communicated appropriately to employees.

Bachelor’s degree in public relations or journalism, Communications. Recent graduates
Must be able to develop an internal communications strategy, working with senior executives, members of the human resources team and departmental managers.
Must develop an understanding of the company’s goals and values, and build commitment to success.
Must be a good writer because will be creating content for newsletters, internal websites and e-mail communications.
May also have to write scripts for senior executives when they are presenting information to employees.
Languages: Spanish and english fluent speaking and writing; portuguese comprehension.
