What you’ll do:Team | Inspire and motivate the team, successfully becoming a force in creating a positive work environment. Communicative | Present work confidently to team members or clients if needed in English. Make sure the communication is fluent and clear. Guidelines | Become an expert on the brand’s guidelines and control quality deliverables.  Collaborative Process | Be comfortable with tight timelines and multiple projects and define ways of working that help the team accomplish tight timelines while working on multiple projects. People | Work closely with Clients, Client Partner, Designers and Copywriters to ensure maximum effectiveness of various executions. Clients | Demonstrate a complete understanding of the client’s brand values, guidelines, and briefs and ensure all finished work complies with these guidelines. Working as part of a dedicated client team, edit and animate videos. Cut down original content to create the most compelling short format assets you could possibly come across in the biggest video-sharing platforms on earth. Cut down videos to different lengths and formats for different social media channels, while retaining its original spirit.  The animation part of the job constitutes a mix of original motion graphics work and creating equally awesome animations based on existing assets. Also simple animations (text, transitions, logo animations). Post and color knowledge.  Work with our creative teammates. Follow the company’s brand guidelines.

What you’ll need:2+ years of experience as advertising editor. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (design and animation). Have good command of English.  Translate briefs and copy into flawless pieces of work. Experience working in Adobe Premiere and After Effects. Deliver tight work, even under tight deadlines. Excellent knowledge of all social media platforms and best practices. Have color grading experience. When it comes to animation, you know how to do the basics right, or break ’em for artistic effect. Self-motivated team player with the ability to work well under minimal supervision. Ability to meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to adjust work hours depending on deadlines. Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ensuring high quality and following brand guidelines. Feel comfortable working with offshore clients and teams as well as being part of a growing team that’s building its processes and basis. Having knowledge of DaVinci Resolve is a plus.
