Community Manager

Participate in the creation of the Social Media calendar;
Management and moderation of our social networks: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and Linkedin;
Online and offline content development to boost our profiles and interact with our community;
Coordinate and manage content with different internal teams to ensure correct communication of our brand;
Promotions and campaigns management;
Analytics – development of reports, metrics and results. Optimization and new strategies;
Community moderation.
Solid digital knowledge;
Experience in management and moderation of this social networks: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and Linkedin;
You can work with different internal teams;
You are able to work with analytics in order to create reports;
You can communicate in English;
Up to date with the latest innovations and tools from the digital world;
Knowledge or experience in customer service is a plus.
