- Define/Determine Client Social Media Campaign Strategy
- International Social Network Management
- Manage multilingual Social Media Campaigns
- Develop a Marketing strategy across different Social Media platforms
- Ensure delivered content has the appropriate brand voice and is consistent with the global brand strategy
- Develop monthly content roadmap for creation of strong, creative copy across markets
- Operational follow up of campaigns with weekly optimizations based on KPI’s
- Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- E-reputation and Community Management – including Brand Monitoring
- Lead quarterly meetings focused on the analysis of campaign results and recommendations of future action
- Recruitment of new team members
- Management of the Social Media Marketing team
- Maintain and update your expertise on the social media landscape and tools
Essential skills and experience required:
- At least 2 years’ experience in Social Media Marketing
- University Degree
- Fluency in English, other languages would be an asset
- Excellent writing skills in your native language, and ideally also English
- Excellent Analytical & Communication Skills
- Passion for Social Media, Online Marketing, internet and new technologies
- Good Excel knowledge
- Team player, proactive, curious
