We’re seeking a talented Podcast Social Media Editor to join our team. As the Podcast Social Media Editor, you will play a crucial role in transforming podcast content into engaging social media assets that resonate with our audience and align with our brand. If you have a creative flair, expertise in social media platforms, and a passion for podcasting and storytelling, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with our creative team to repurpose podcast content into compelling social media assets, ensuring alignment with brand identity and audience preferences.
• Edit and adapt podcast episodes into engaging snippets, audiograms, and other visual content optimized for various social media platforms, including Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
• Utilize your proficiency in video and audio editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Audacity) to enhance storytelling and create captivating multimedia content.
• Incorporate motion graphics, sound design, and other creative elements to elevate the quality and impact of our social media assets.
• Maintain a keen eye for detail and ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and style across all social media content.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing, particularly in the realm of podcast promotion and audience engagement.

What You’ll Need:

• Proven experience as a social media editor or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create engaging multimedia content.
• Proficiency in video and audio editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Audacity, or similar tools.
• Experience managing social media accounts and creating content for platforms like Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc.
• Strong creative vision and storytelling skills, with the ability to repurpose podcast content into compelling social media narratives.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for visual and auditory aesthetics.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Knowledge of podcasting industry trends and best practices in social media marketing is preferred.
• A passion for staying updated on emerging trends and technologies in podcasting and social media.
