Overview

Are you passionate about forging impactful connections on a global scale? As a Best Practices Global Marketing Coordinator, you will institute relationships between Frost & Sullivan and recipient companies by supporting the award recipients in the completion of a number of promotional package deliverables accompanying an award.

Responsibilities

  • Institute positive relationships with clientele from a cross-industry perspective
  • Consult clients and create promotional marketing pieces to increase exposure surrounding their award
  • Serve as a professional figurehead to support high-profile marketing account plans Support the award recipients in the completion of a number of promotional package deliverables accompanying an award, specifically press releases, landing pages, social media campaigns, etc.
  • Detailed organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Ability to design creative promotional collateral including graphic-oriented advertisements, eBooks, media kits, landing pages and presentations
  • Coordinate and develop promotional deliverables to increase exposure surrounding their award specifically press releases, landing pages, social media campaigns, webinars, and marketing videos
  • Collaborate with internal teams and industry analysts’ schedules to coordinate the creation of marketing deliverables
  • Design creative promotional collateral including graphic-oriented advertisements, eBooks, media kits, landing pages, and presentations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Advertising, and/or equivalent field
  • Marketing or brand management experience preferred
  • Outstanding written and oral English communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe Illustrator
  • General understanding and knowledge of promotional branding
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Take ownership to work independently with remote supervision
  • Can multi-task and meet tight deadlines
  • Disciplined and adhere to high-quality standards
  • Is a strategic thinker; understands how operational activities are vital in supporting the overall strategy of the business
