- Develop and execute communication plans for assigned accounts
- Manage budgets and track spending
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Represent the agency to clients and other stakeholders
- Negotiate contracts and agreements
- Resolve client issues and complaints
- Oversee the work of account executives and other staff
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in advertising or a related field
- Strong understanding of the advertising industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to think strategically and creatively
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Advanced English
