Build site management templates for all new sites and apps in Viacom’s content management system • Create and publish test content to support engineering teams during the development phase of a project • Support the Manager of Product Launch & Support in training regional and US-based teams in both the content management system as well as workflows specific to any programming needs • Give custom follow-up training based on region-specific needs • Assist with troubleshooting content-related issues across all products • Identify programming workflow gaps and work with the Manager of Product Launch & Support to implement improvements • Build and maintain strong relationships with international and domestic brand Requisitos: Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree (or nearly completed degree) in Communication Science, or in an industry related field • Fluent in written and spoken English • Experience with multicultural work environments and attentiveness of matters relating to cultural diversity is a plus • Versatility, flexibility and a willingness to work within a fast-paced environment • Assertive personality with strong communication skills and a desire to share information with respective stakeholders • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet strict deadlines • At least 1+ years of digital media experience is desired • Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills • Ability to work independently and as a member of multiple teams
