Main Responsibilities Includes:

To research and analyze video content and involve in strategic planning discussions with creators to optimize PGC & UGC content in app.
To ensure the quality and quantity of entertainment videos by dig and search on multiple video platforms, and make suggestions to improve the work efficiency of the team.

To routinely curate video contents and make playlists under certain vertical categories.
To follow and deep dive into local current pop trends in video content and apply the insight to help improve the content attractiveness in the app & inform the team as needed.

Requirements:

•   Native speaker of Spanish, Conversational in English verbal and written communication, have grown up or lived in Argentina or Columbia for significant amount of time with a deep understanding of the local trends and pop cultures.

•   2+ Years of experience in Internet and/or Media industries with demonstrated success in planning and executing media content related projects.

•   Video-holic with a good knowledge of local online video consumption preferences.

•   Highly passionate with mobile internet, self-disciplined and responsive in team collaboration, able to commit and deliver with minimal supervision.

•   Self-driven attitude, result orientated, sensitive to data and trends.
