Your mission Will be to
- Identify communication opportunities aligned with the overall business communication strategies (local, regional and global). Locally implement and manage all strategic elements, focusing on delivering business value and enhancing the company’s reputation.
- Support the management to approach Issues and Bayer Crop Science License to Operate (LTO)
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists mainly from Argentina, respond to press inquiries, coordinate interviews, and generate content and narrative to strengthen the company’s presence in media aligned with business needs.
- Coordinate PR agencies ensuring quality and effectiveness in executing communication strategies.
- Co-creation and collaborative work with the Cono Sur communication team to support integrated communication plans, content and activities for relevant target groups and channels (with holistic Outlook: Media/Executive Communications / Digital and Employee Comms).
- Support local senior leaders in external communication and speaking opportunities (conferences, forums, interviews, etc).
- Collaborate to implement internal communication efforts to inform, inspire, and align employees regarding business strategies and propose (local, regional and global)
Unlock your Potencial
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in communications – preferred in sectors related to agriculture or agribusiness but not mandatory.
- Previous experience with media relations and PR agencies is desirable.
- Knowledge about new media and social media platforms.
- Advanced English proficiency both written and spoken.
- Excellent writing and content creation skills.
- Focus on how communication impacts business performance and reputation.
- Ability to craft and deliver clear and strategic messages for leaders and key audiences.
- Experience in anticipating and addressing risks that could affect the company’s reputation.
- Effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
