- Customer Service: Addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback from community members in a timely and helpful manner. It involves providing excellent customer support, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for community members. Customer service in community management often takes place through various channels, such as social media, email, or community forums.
- Creative Input: Contributing creative ideas and input to enhance community engagement and content strategies. It includes brainstorming and developing innovative approaches to engage the community, collaborating with the creative team to create compelling content, and continuously exploring new ways to captivate the audience.
- Pulse of the Culture: Staying up-to-date with current trends, news, and cultural happenings that are relevant to the community. It requires monitoring industry trends, participating in relevant conversations, and leveraging cultural references appropriately to maintain relevance and authenticity within the community.
- Trend Hunting: Actively seeking out emerging trends, topics, or insights that can be incorporated into community management strategies. It requires researching industry developments, monitoring competitor activities, and identifying opportunities or challenges that may affect the community or the agency’s brand.
Requirements And Responsibilities
- Proven experience working as a Content Creator, Community Manager, Social Media, or similar position
- +3 years of experience in community management, with a track record; proven in defining the personality and tone of voice of a brand/product and interaction with the community
- Experience in managing the brand’s social media channels (sports brands are a plus)
- Highly creative, imaginative, and curious about customers’ products or services
- Excellent writing skills (grammatically correct copies)
- Communication skills
- Organization/Effective workload management
- Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices, especially in digital and social media
- Collaboration with different teams and BR and MX teams
- Collaborative work with the Data team, in the development of crisis management and control documents
- Be curious and pay attention to popular culture to learn about trends
