Community Manager

  • Optimization of natural referencing(SEO) and Google Adwords (SEA) in connection with the social networks

  • Creation and management of advertising campaignswith Facebook, Google, Twitter, and Linkedin.
  • Monitor social media channels to build a community of followers (clients, industry professionals, and journalists), handle support questions, and increase engagement.
  • Create and manage the online voice of an organization to create a strong brand identity.
  • Respond and interact with existing followers as well as using communication methods to increase followers to social media accounts.
  • Planning and implementing social media strategies to further our brand recognition.
  • Researching to keep up-to-date knowledge of the industry and competitors.
  • Planning and hosting t-chats and other online events on industry topics.
  • Providing insights to our Corporate Communications & Marketing team about industry, competitors, and relevant topics found online.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in public relations, marketing, journalism, or other communications fields.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
  • 2 years of proven experience as a Community Manager or similar role with demonstrated successes. Prior experience in B2B Marketing desired.
  • Experience working with popular social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Youtube.
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills.
  • Hands-on experience with social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns
  • Strong affinity to statistics and analytical skills: Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite or Hubspot) and website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics.
  • Familiarity with online content (experience with WordPress is preferred)
  • Knowledge of marketing trends and techniques.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office.
