- This role will be part of the Growth & Retention Analytics team, contributing to data-driven decisions across marketing and business operations.
- Working directly with Marketing and Creative teams, supporting the daily operation.
- Provide high quality insights that help in decision-making and strategy development.
- Identify opportunities of audience/business growth, as well as campaign efficiency.
- Track and measure all marketing efforts and attribute impact in the business.
- Manage and design analytical reports and dashboards for various stakeholders in the company.
What we need from you to be part of this story:
- 2+ years of work experience with similar scope;
- Bachelor’s degree;
- Advanced level of English;
- Have excellent written and presentation design skills, with the ability to transform data into clear narratives;
- Experience building reports, dashboards and presentations that drive business decisions;
- Required in Social Media platforms and Digital Marketing tools.
- Required in Social Listening Tools (Netbase, Brandwatch, etc).
- Required intermediate level of SQL.
- Required in Data Visualization Tools (Looker Studio, Looker, Power BI, etc).
- Advanced Office package (Excel, Power Point).
- Flexibility, adaptability and willingness to collaborate with a team.
