About Blumie
Blumie was born from a simple observation: companies don’t have a data problem, they have a decision problem.
Organizations invest heavily in data, analytics, and tools, yet decisions are still slow, reactive, and disconnected from real business outcomes.
At Blumie, we work peer to peer with Product, Growth, and Marketing teams to bridge that gap. We help teams turn data into something operational: clearer decisions, better products, and measurable impact.
Our work sits at the intersection of data, AI, and business. Not more dashboards. Not more tools. Better decisions, built into how teams actually operate.
The Role
We’re looking for the person who will put Blumie everywhere: events, conversations, communities, and relevant content.
Someone who’s comfortable in the trenches—organizing, executing, and pushing the brand forward every single day.
This isn’t a role about perfecting decks or running corporate campaigns. It’s about building reputation, sparking conversations, and making Blumie the company people think of when they talk about data applied to product and growth.
What You’ll Do
Brand & Thought Leadership
- Position Blumie as the go-to data & AI studio for Product and Growth teams in LATAM
- Develop and execute a content strategy focused on data & AI applied to product and growth—less about features, more about how decisions are made
- Create thought leadership content that helps CMOs, CPOs, PMs, and Growth Leads make better decisions
- Build strong founder branding and amplify voices across the team—no corporate-only voice
Content Creation & Storytelling
- Turn client projects into compelling case studies, learnings, and business narratives
- Create content with clear intent: posts that open conversations, real cases explained simply, strong opinions without fear of polarizing
- Manage content calendar and execution across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, newsletter, and website
- Optimize our digital presence for discoverability (including AI search like ChatGPT)
Community & Events
- Scale our presence at meetups, side events, and curated tech gatherings—not mass events, but the ones where interesting things happen
- Build and nurture a community of builders: PMs, growth hackers, and founders who see us as peers, not vendors
- Identify strategic sponsorships and partnership opportunities within the LATAM tech ecosystem
- Organize and host our own events when it makes sense
Lead Generation & Business Impact
- Attract qualified inbound inquiries from companies that need our services
- Implement and manage tools like HubSpot (Marketing & Sales) to track brand interactions and pipeline
- Run light performance marketing for awareness (not the primary focus, but part of the mix)
Employer Branding
- Help attract top talent who want to work on our projects
- Communicate our culture, values, and way of working authentically
Who You Are
You understand the tech ecosystem. You can speak the language of PMs, growth teams, and marketing leaders. You’ve been around B2B tech, ideally in services or SaaS.
You’re strategic but hands-on. You don’t just plan—you execute. You’re comfortable wearing multiple hats and getting things done in a scrappy, fast-moving environment.
You’re a storyteller. You know how to take technical work and turn it into narratives that resonate. You can create content that sparks conversations, not just fills feeds.
You thrive in early-stage environments. You don’t need polished processes or massive budgets. You’re energized by building from scratch and figuring things out as you go.
You bring presence and energy. You’re not just working from behind a screen. You show up, you connect, you push culture forward. You’re comfortable being visible and building relationships in person.
You have strong opinions, loosely held. You’re not afraid to take a stance, but you’re open to iterating and learning.
