o support our continuous growth, we are looking for a Social Media Publisher. This role is responsible for managing and executing the social media strategy of the company, appealing to a global audience. You will be creating, curating, and publishing content across various social media platforms to engage the target audience and promote the brand.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Content Creation: Develop and create engaging content for social media platforms, including text, images, and videos.
  • Scheduling: Plan and schedule posts using social media management tools to ensure a consistent and timely presence on platforms.
  • Audience Engagement: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and mentions, and actively engage with the audience.
  • Analytics: Track and analyze social media performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay informed about industry trends and changes in social media algorithms to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content creation, and design teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
  • Community Building: Foster a sense of community around the brand by building and nurturing relationships with followers.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish. You must also be familiar with North American slang and pop culture trends.
  • Previous experience in the position – preferably within a B2B environment.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative content ideas that resonate with the target audience.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools, analytics platforms, and an understanding of emerging trends in the social media landscape.
  • Adaptability: Social media is dynamic, and the ability to adapt quickly to changes and trends is essential.
  • Effective planning, scheduling, and multitasking to manage various aspects of social media publishing.
