As Dotcom manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the functionality and usability of the company brand site. You will play a critical role in managing and updating the website’s content, improving user experience and executing SEO onsite best practices to drive organic traffic.
Your expertise in web development, content management and digital marketing will be essential in achieving our online goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Website Maintenance
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues, such as broken links, loading problems or server errors.
- Collaborate with the IT team and/or external developers for more complex technical improvements or upgrades on the website
- Supervise external development of new features and/or landing pages
2. Content Management:
- Create, edit, and update website content, including text, images, videos and other multimedia elements.
- Product and accesories registration
- Landing page and template generation for new products
- Ensure that all content is accurate, up-to-date and aligned with the company’s brand and messaging.
3. User Experience Enhancement:
- Continuously improve the website’s user experience (UX) by optimizing navigation, page layout, and mobile responsiveness.
- Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to make informed design decisions.
4. Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Collaborate with the onsite implementation of SEO strategies to improve the website’s search engine rankings and organic traffic.
5. Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing, ecommerce and product teams to align website updates with broader marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and other stakeholders to ensure a cohesive online presence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in web development, computer science or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a webmaster or website manager (mandatory)
- Previous experience as team leader or project manager
- Proficiency in web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and content management systems (e.g. Adobe, wordpress, etc).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Advanced level of English (mandatory)
