ORGANIZATION
The Advanced Leadership Foundation (ALF) is an American-based 501(c)3 organization
committed to the training and empowerment of the next generation of global leaders. Through
access to top workforce development and executive education programs in the United States and
abroad, ALF partners with corporations and entities to train young professionals to gain needed
leadership skill sets to maintain their competitive edge.
ALF is a very successful organization with activities in 10 different countries yet it is still a small
entity which is set to grow considerably in the next few years.
ALF’s goal is to create a network of global future leaders who will gain the skills and experiences
needed to contribute and benefit their economies, companies, communities and their countries.
We do this through two different programs: internship programs in Washington DC and
Consciousness and Action Summits around the world.
Internship Program. The Advanced Leadership Foundation gives some of the best and
brightest recent college graduates around the world, the opportunity to intern at the best
in-class companies and entities in the Washington, D.C. area. Working and living together
with fellow young professionals from across the globe, they gain valuable workplace skills
and build their own networks so they can pursue the career of their choice. In addition to
the internship, ALF offers soft skills training and networking opportunities with mentors
and alumni.
We currently host in Washington DC, young leaders from ten different countries: United
States, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Argentina, Chile, Spain, United Kingdom, Gibraltar, and
Greece. Please see more information at www.aleadership.org
Consciousness and Action Summits. The Advanced Leadership Foundation has
organized a number of “call for action” summits around the world. These are two-day
conferences which gather public opinion leaders and influencers from the fields of
business, politics, sports, entertainment, culture, arts, media, etc. These events, help
participants develop valuable skills to efficiently and clearly communicate the importance
of a specific cause such as sustainable development, women empowerment, education,
